1. Physician time is $210 per Hour, and your Initial Evaluation averages 2-3 hours. We have been discounting
all services that are paid for at time to make getting good care more affordable for everyone. We’ve also set the maximum
charge for the Initial Evaluation at 3 hours, even if it takes more than 3 hours. 2. Follow up visits are billed
in 15 minute increments. Follow up visits are also being discounted with the rebates. 3. We discussed accepting insurance
assignment with a billing company, and to do so would increase costs for all involved. We still provide an itemized bill that
each person can submit to their own insurance company.
Our financial policies have been
established to help you and your family receive the best possible care, and to avoid misunderstandings which could
interfere with treatment.
Telephone appointments are sometimes given for your convenience if you are progressing well. A credit card number
or a payment is due at time of Phone appointments. If you are on medication, an office visit will be necessary at least twice
a year once you are stable. Frequency of appointments is decided on an individual basis.
